Job requirements

🫵 Where you come in

Based at our London HQ you will use your experience to deliver our cross-platform social media and direct marketing strategy, in a creative, fun, and emotionally engaging way that builds brand awareness for Filmers and Customers:

You will:

  • Create compelling content that speaks to our Filmers and Customers growing our brand awareness and following across key social channels.

  • Optimise social posts, blogs, and emails to drive traffic to our website and improve SEO performance.

  • Track and report success using relevant social media analytics.

  • Live and breathe our brand guidelines and tone of voice.


🥇 Experience

You will be able to demonstrate your:

  • In-depth understanding of social media, viral trends, and the creator economy.

  • Past success working in a similar role at or with a start-up(s), able to talk in detail about how you have smashed your targets.

  • Previous experience creating content across different social platforms using a range of formats, styles, and approaches for both sides of our marketplace.

  • Excellent video editing skills and creative experience across copywriting and digital imagery.

  • You are an evangelist for UGV, a social junky, creatively brilliant and looking to take on a career defining role in marketing.

  • Love nothing more than rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in. You are equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

  • Are resourceful, optimistic, tenacious, confident, and full of energy. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset able to build strong relationships with a range of different stakeholders.

  • Happy to work from our London HQ at least three days a week.
