🧩 Why This Role Matters

We’re entering a critical growth phase. Our UGV (user-generated video) platform is already loved by major publishers and brand marketers, but we want to scale this success.

That’s where you come in.

We're looking for a full-funnel growth marketer to lead demand generation, performance campaigns, and pipeline-building initiatives. You'll partner with sales, content, product and data to build a repeatable growth engine that turns attention into action.

🎯What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.

  • Build and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn Ads & organic, Google Ads, programmatic, email, and start building out an ABM motion.

  • Test new platforms, channels, and formats to drive MQLs, SQLs, and revenue.

  • You will use tools like GA4, HubSpot, PostHog to track funnel performance and surface insights.

  • Partner with our sales and content teams to align on ICPs, deepen our ICP knowledge, test messaging and campaign creatives and see their impact on conversion.

  • Develop landing pages, nurture flows, and build lists. Run A/B tests to see what works.

  • You will own the marketing budget and tech stack, and also advise us best-in-class tools we should be using.

  • You will own the growth process and lead a cross-functional team to build hypotheses, test, learn and then implement.

🏆 What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • You have formed clear hypotheses on our biggest opportunity areas and build a systematic testing approach. We will have had the first big wins and gotten much smarter about our blockers along the funnel. 

  • You've connected the dots from awareness to conversion & close and built a closed loop system to help us act on relevant insights.

  • You’ve improved lead volume and quality and reduced CAC through smarter targeting and messaging.

  • You’ve built relevant reporting dashboards to track attribution and campaign ROI.

  • You’re seen as the go-to person for growth and audience insights across the team.

👤 About You

  • 5+ years in B2B growth or performance marketing—ideally in startups or scaleups.

  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic, retargeting, and Hubspot and cold outbound tools like Apollo, Clay or Zoominfo.

  • You think in funnels and know how to move users through them.

  • Strong analytical mindset. You use data to test, iterate, and scale.

  • Comfortable being both strategic and scrappy. You roll up your sleeves when needed.

  • You are excited to work cross-functionally and be a great partner to sales.

  • Bonus: Passion for storytelling or the creator economy.
